Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnointTech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the VonBill application and website (the "Service").

By creating an account or using VonBill, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VonBill is a SaaS platform that allows users to create, manage, and download professional bills and invoices. The Service includes:

• Four bill types: Service Invoice, Medical Bill, Restaurant Bill, and Retail Invoice
• Support for 35 languages including full RTL support
• AI-powered features including logo generation and bill note generation
• Instant PDF generation and download
• GST-compliant invoicing with CGST, SGST, and IGST support
• Bill history and management

You must create an account to use VonBill. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

VonBill uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude API for text, Stability AI for images) to generate content such as bill notes and business logos.

• AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use.
• Generated logos are for use within VonBill bills. Commercial trademark rights are not granted.
• We do not guarantee that AI features will be available at all times. Third-party API outages may temporarily affect availability.

You agree not to use VonBill to:

• Generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices or bills
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The VonBill name, logo, and all related software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of AnointTech. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the data you input into VonBill. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• VonBill is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• AnointTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for errors in bills you create, including incorrect tax calculations or other data you enter.

By you: You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
